Marco Huck v Ola Afolabi
Re: Marco Huck v Ola Afolabi
Good fight. Huck edged it, but it'll be 117-111 territory for him on the cards.

I agree it was close, just surprised and pleased the scorecards were in the right ballpark for once.Horse wrote:The right decision.bfchunk wrote:Draw

Fair 'nuff!
Re: Marco Huck v Ola Afolabi
Great fight, I had it 115-115 as I had a couple of rounds level.
I think Huck blew himself out in round 9 as he barely did anything in round 10...that for me cost him the win.
Are we likely to see Huck v Afolabi III?

Bucksnation have found some really good ex fighter commentators recently. Spencer Fearon is definitely not one of them.

How many mispronounced names can one guy have? Dimishenko, Cooper Poolav, Garber...MightyWarrior wrote:Bucksnation have found some really good ex fighter commentators recently. Spencer Fearon is definitely not one of them.
I had Huck 116-112, 2 close rounds though so could see a draw.

Yeah he's a bit too full of himself, and all the "mad skills I'm telling you for real bruv innit" was feckin annoying after a few minutes.
Re: Marco Huck v Ola Afolabi
I'm glad it wasn't just me that thought Spencer Fearon was a pain in the arse on commentary!
Re: Marco Huck v Ola Afolabi
conversely Wayne Alexander was very good doing the Degale fight.

That was a good fight! Both have power, guts and take a shot well. I'd not seen Huck at cruiser; he's very fast when he throws his punches. I really enjoyed that one, (I imagine both feel a bit rough this morning).
