Just to be clear. This wasn't a question, or survey. Merely a statement that a beard IS the most important element of training Image

The most important element of training is to sometimes get shibby as hell after a great workout. Here is a picture of me and one of my best mates ( friends since 7 years old) getting shibby wit it after a great park workout this evening. We were both REALLY fat and out of shape at one point in our lives and we said enough is enough. Having good friends to motivate and push you is great. As well as friends who roll amazing spliffs. :DD

Doing a couple of sets of bench and then looking in the mirrors. You have to do side on, and 'slyly' look at yourself. As soon as anybody spots you you look away as if you weren't doing it. Everybody in the gym kows you were looking at yourself but you think ' Ha I got away with it yet again'.

No you didn't fool

Couldn't agree more about friendship and having good training partner.
However excuse me, do you mean you think you are in shape now?
I'm joking, surely there must be huge difference if you guys used to be say morbidly obese or something

Incorrect.
Well, quite a few sources claim otherwise.
