In a brief explanation, YES. The top 16 fighters are split into four pots, based on rank, with each pot gaining four fighters.

So it will look like this:

How are the rankings decided?
Firstly by the points system which is already in place.
Secondly - in the event that fighters are tied on points, it goes to the Title Bout rankings.

So Pot 1 fighters fight Pot 4 fighters, pot 2 fighters fight pot 3 fighters.
