Antiquities of the prize ring ( http://www.antekprizering.com ) has just posted a photo from the 09/06/09 Oakland area bout between Young Peter Jackson and Billy Burke. The photo notes that the referee was Toby Irwin.
Irwin would have had to have been quite young for this bout but it seems likely that this is him given that he refereed in the bay area.
The current record lists no referee for the bout in question.
