i to think ali would win a UD or late KO but i think he would have rocky on the canvas at least once, but he wouldnt stay down long, and no doubt rocky floors the great one at least once as well.
i think this fight would be something like
R1 cautious begining Ali lands a few jabs, not much happens
Ali 10-9
R2 Rocky comes out firing stuns ali once or twice but fails to connect fully, ali however keeps the rock at bay most of the time with rapid jabs and quick feet
Ali 10-9
R3 Ali may try to tire the rock by letting him swing for a while, after being floored for a 6 count by a right hand, he realises this is a bad idea
Rocky 10-8
R4 Rocky gets inside Ali's jab punishing his body, but taking some uppercuts as well, Ali does not dance
rocky 10-9
R5 Rock continues to pressure Ali, showing good stamina, hitting him several times but not with the power he would have hoped for
rocky 10 -9
R6 - 9 rocky still pressures, flooring Ali once more winning all three rounds 10-9
R10 no Ali starts to "dance" landng some good jabs and rights on rocky
Ali 10-9
R11 ali starts to trap rock and throw some brilliant combinations, opening a cut above his eyes
Ali 10-8
R12 Ali continues to move, jabbing, then followinh through with big rights, one of which drops rocky, but he quicky geets back to his feet
Ali 10-9
R13 Ali's punches have caused lots of bleeding and Marcianos face in begginig to swell badly, but he is a true warrior, and he fights on, absorbing more punishment form ali

after this i think, Ali would win by KO but it would not be from rocky being out for the 10, Ali would just keep pouring it on and the ref would intervine, or rocks corner would throw in the towel or something, either that or ali goes on to take a 15 round UD and wins by scores of like 142-139, or however they were scored back in the day.
i would be intrested to see how others would see this fight
