Dehydration followed by rehydration
12 pints of bitter followed by a KFC 14 piece bargain bucket. That's how I gain a stone in weight overnight anyway. :o

Thats the kareoke warm up. Most of the calories are consumed in the performance; another 12 pints for a encore.

This is when Golivkin stopped Bute in the ams:

Bute is a much improved fighter from
Those days but I still feel he has an air of vulnerability about him. He's just so good at maintaining a safe distance and using his size effectively these days. He won't stand and trade with Froch and even get over aggressive like he did with Golovkin. I'd definitely give the chin advantage to Froch. Hope Froch pulls it off: if nothing else he deserves it!

This is from last week.
Lucian Bute, Super-class world champion, IBF version, reached 83 kg and need to lose 7 kg to be within the category (76.2 kg) at the official weigh before the match with Briton Carl Froch.

Lucian Bute is three months in Florida (USA), where the fight with Carl Froch prepared, which will bring into play, for the 10th time, the centers worldwide. Bute is 83 kg, 7 above the category (76.2), but not worrying. Romanian boxer says it will weaken at least 5 kg in the week before the match at Nottingham, on May 26, reports the National . Bute will recover much of pounds in hours before the match, you will be subject to staff its aggressive rehydration process and will be fortified.

Lucian Bute will leave Thursday, May 10, from Florida to London, with a two-day stopover in Montreal, where he will hold a press conference and a training session open to the public.

It's worth noting that the IBF usually has a re-hydration limit of 10lbs.

Maybe, but Froch is not a puncher at world level and I doubt can exploit any vulnerabilities.

Froch to win on points seems quite big @ 9/4. 6/4 just for the win seems fairly generous too
