Probably when you google 'joint pain supplements' you'll get quite a few answers but I suggest you find the actual cause for it first, as there can be many different ones. Too acidic diet being one of possibilities.

I take a good fish oil, and glucosamine daily... Don't seem to get any joint issues - other than the multiple fingers i've broken, which won't seem to heal :witzend: :verysad:

The current reseach would suggest a combination of glucosamine plus chondroitin (1500mg). One study demonstrated an increase in joint space on knee xrays at 6 months compared to control group. Everone seemed to jump on the band waggon after this trial until a follow up study showed no difference in the glucosamine group to control.
Anacdotally 30-40% of patients report an imporvement. I've never heard a patient say they made them worse so maybe its worth a go?

That sounds good - have heard some good things about glucs+chondro combo.
Having said that guys, joint pain is a more complex problem. Apart from using sups, honestly look at your diet. If you eat a lot of meat and grains then you may just be working hard for those joint problems. Make your diet more alkaline - eat a lot of veg, in most cases, best at expense of grains.

And a nice chart of different foods:
