HI I am engaged to a beautiful lady , that never got to alk much to her dad , since he died of alzhimers when she was young , he fought undr the name of Bernie Benard in NY. Any info would make her so happy . So anyone please let me know if you know of him he fought in 43-38

TT, yes I did see Bernie Bernard fight a few prelims in the mid 1940s...Trying to recall my memory ,
Bernard was a short well built featherweight when i first saw him in an outdoor Arena...I THINK he was a redhead or blondish, and he won the 4 round bout...I think he had two of his friends as seconds entering the ring...He was considered a featherweight prospect those early days...So long ago...
