Why did Darren Hamilton run off after he was the winner ?

Post by safeerah »

The result was announced as " the new British Light Welterweight champion, Darren Hamilton " he then tried to leg it out of there without the Lonsdale belt and was brought back by his corner, what happened ? had he thought he had lost and was angry ? was he overcome with emotion after he had won ?

It was after the result was announced, then he pulled his hand away and legged it, maybe he heard a different result in his head at the time.

Darren explained the reason behind it on Facebook:

"I ran out the ring when I won, sky thought cus I was in a Huff and thought I lost, when really emotion took me over, the action was like saying" see I told u I can do it, bout I'm a journey man", I was just going on a Journey around the arena first, before I got my damn belt lol"

He has had to do it the hard way, in the lions den and at short notice, so well deserved, I met him at Spencer's gym and he is such nice down to earth guy, who has had some hard times before and now has received the rewards for all his hard work.

Fair play, was really pleased for him. He took his chance...

He was on with Bunce last night and even the Mrs went, 'ah, what a nice bloke'. Hamilton, obviously.

Oh dear, what are you doing now?

My post had nothing to do with your son, or his imaginary fanbase, or fake titles, or fights he had no intention of going through with, or about his Dad controlling his life, or your poor spelling, or your condition(s), or your multiple personalities.

Jog on you tit.

this just shows how stupid you are, reveal yourself who you really are if you have something to say you nternet gangster, you won't do it because you hide behind a computer screen and other people's comments, like a little child, your a coward, if someone attacked you and your family on the internet you would cry like a little baby. My post has everything to do with your childishness, stupidity, ignorance, cowardice and vivid imagination, I bet you have no job, no hope, no chance.

No, I'm far too scared of you tough guy. You just soooo bad ass! Not sure what you mean by "nternet gangster" but if that involves threatening fellow posters with local gangs, then I'd say its more your territory :OhYes:

Adam, as you have pointed out, I posted about Darren initially before being jumped on. However, I'm really pleased you are looking forward to Darrens first defence.

I love the story. A prime example was on Bunce last night. Bunce offered him the platform to talk about his website (in the process of making one), his twitter (not got one at the moment)...

He just sounded like a bloke who turned up to the lord mayor show, and went home in the carriage, without being entirely sure how it happened

Anyway moving on from the joker of make beleve, not worth the time of day, so I move on, proved my point. Me and Nas went up to London to spar with Darren and the Natural, but got there late due to London traffic jams, Darren had already sparred, but the Natural agreed to spar with Nas, after a great spar, I asked him about Darren, he said he was very awkward to spar and much better then he looks, very hard to outbox and his jab is hard to read, he said Darren would shock a few people when he fights them and sure enough, he has. I think Adil Anwar could be his first defense, as he is in line and both managers/trainers have a good working relationship, they have made fights like Ochieng/ Robinson and Anwar/ Graham ect.. This is a great result for Spenser Fearen now he can put on a major title fight on Premier Sports and Hamilton V Anwar would be great fight, I think Woodhouse could have an outside chance due to the needle between them, but Woodhouse has a hard task against Miles and win, lose or draw could come out of it with facial damage, the board might demand Williams gets his shot.

As he seems incapable of a straight answer, I think he is talking about Larry Ekundayo. :TU:
