He did not win the 1966 ABA flyweight championship. That was one by my Grandfather, also called Paddy Maguire. My grandfather was originally from Dublin and fought of the Vauxhall Motors club in Luton winning several NW London and London ABA titles as well as the National title in 1966. (http://www.boxinghistory.org.uk/amateur ... nships.pdf) .These show him still fighting amateur fights when his the other Paddy Maguire was a professional.
The Paddy Maguire that is on that link won Silver at bantamweight at the 1966 Commonwealth Games held in Jamaica and went on to win the British Bantamweight title
