Steven Birch

I don't have Sky anymore, so missed the bill. I saw the results and noticed Steven Birch got beaten. What happened? Did anyone see it? They were saying his opponent had got some ambition since joining Jim Evans, but I still thought Birch would take him. I'm quite surprised.

i think he fort nick okoth from battersea, didnt see the fight myself but i know that okoth wasnt a bad amateur and he boxed up at heavyweight as an amateur , although he has boiled down weight since joining the pros he must of been a fair bit bigger than birch who mostly boxed his amateur career at light middleand middle. when i looked at the match up before the fight i thought to myself that it could prove to be a very tough debut for birch. still i would like to hear anyones view on the fight who saw it.
