Wlads Ringside comments regarding Haye v Chisora

Post by Finn »

Just watching ringside suprised to here wlad say so comprehensively that he doesnt have an issue with david haye and that he thinks its chisora that should not be fighting. He actually said "Its not about David Haye here but about Derek Chisora".

I agree and think he's right however.....

Was anyone else suprised about that?

If Chisora beats Haye. Wlad better not be ducking him.

Really?

I thought he was well out of order. Shouldn't have been trying to take over Chisora's press conference in the first place. As usual, it was all about him, even on someone else's night...

Come on Ian you know that sort of things happen at pressers all the time.

I seem to remember a certain Johnny Nelson hijacking a Carl Thompson interview and other numerous examples

Its happened since day dot.

The fact is Chisora got out of the chair, took his jacket off, walked over to Haye (with 4 heavies in tow). What do we expect, Haye to ask him out for tea and biscuits???

I think Wlad said this as an opening for a potential fight between his brother and Haye in September , which might mean Haye hurting his back before his fight with Chisora on 14 July . A cancellation which would suit everyone , well almost everyone, I suppose .
By trying to reduce the seriousness of Haye's actions in that debacle he may be paving the way for leniency towards Haye if he tries to get his BBB of C licence back prior to any potential fight with Vitali. It's the only reason I can see for the comment ,which incidentally I didn't see .
Or am I just looking too deeply into things ?

You are right.

people should stop crying about Haye and Chisora, accept it and look forward to the winner fighting Vitali. K2 promotions will not turn down the money that fight will generate. And if that doesnt happen start thinking about Tyson Fury.

1. Haye mops the floor with Chisora.
2. Chisora doesn't have a cat in hell's chance against Wlad.

I get the feeling most people think the slap and the spitting was worse than the post fight press conference tussle. I do agree Haye is a me me me type of person.

Haye was a guest on the warren channel and he was at the conference to try to get a fight with Vitali because he said he wanted it in the past.
Chisora took his jacket off and was aggresively walking towards Haye. What was Haye supposed to do? Let chisora sucker punch him maybe?
Haye did exactly what he needed to do to protect himself from the nut nut

Shut up you tart is Haye a bigger disgrace.

Chisora has hit a woman, bitten an opponent, kissed an opponent at a weigh in, struck an opponent at a weigh in, spat in someones face before a fight and started a brawl. Simple fact is Haye was entitled to turn up to the conference to try and encourage a fight between him and Vitali. Didn't Danny Williams turn up to a Hude press conference and that was before Hide's fight.

All Haye can be accused off is 1) Underperforming against Wladimir having talked. And 2) Smacking a guy who was getting up in his face threateningly. Lets not forget everything Haye has achieved, his career has been extremely succesful in my opinion. Chisora will never achieve what Haye has.

My mum's in her 70's, so I'd be well impressed if she pulled the Hayemaker. It'd be a bit weird having him as my step dad like.
