Derek Williams, who incidentally was the only opponenet that was both taller and heavier than Lennox. I'm over 6ft but when he first put his hand out to shake my hand i wondered whether he was going to pick me up.

I think Eubank has massive hands. But is this a good thing for a boxer though? I would have thought small hands would deliver more impact - the big ones spread out the energy more??

Bigger hands means thicker bones, and therefore less prone to breaking, which in turn means the fighter can throw with greater force with less fear of breaks.
