I don't know for sure but as far as World Champions go South Africas Baby Jake Matlala must have been one of the shortest and smallest.

Why don't you do your own homework, schoolboy, and look it up for yourself under the boxing archives? Start with Flyweights or Strawweights and go down from there.

Boxing had a Paper Weight division. It was below straw weight, I beleive 100 pounds was the limit. The paper weight division has been defunct for quite some time. The smallest professional boxers competed here.

By the way, where did the terminology for the names of these weigh division originate.

Why a feather weight is called a feather weight?
