Stuey Hall vs Lee Haskins European title

Post by fatchod2010 »

About time stuey got a good testing fight as hes been neglected and treat badly by his old promoter maloney. Hopefully a good showing and stuey gets the treatment and promoter he deserves. Gonna be a hard fight especially on haskins soil.

Haskins had been lined up to contest this title more than a few times. Has McDonnell gone up a weight then?

Is it the European Super-Flyweight title or the European Bantamweight title?

I agree.

Last time I looked, maloney got him British, Commonwealth and European title fights live on Sky and the majority in his home area, one of which was top of the bill.

Some people really need to think before they post.

To be honest fella's i think its more about whats happened SINCE the Jamie Mac fight, it was a close fight and he could have been promoted better since then don't you think?

You right about the fight though, should be a cracker and its good to see Stuey back in action

His last 2 fights were both ditched last minute, both after long camps. costing both him and supporters money. Maloney gave no good reason why he ditched last one

i completely agree with him been pissed off after the last 2 fights had been called off i only knew about the last one but maloney has got him a big fight and pay day and he lost. with how sky are dealing with their show slots i reckon maloney will throw all his efforts and money into price and jamie mac and brian rose who hold major titles, hall may hav been treated bad buts it business weather we agree or not imo

If certain promoters treated Stuey Hall the way Frank Maloney did there would be outrage it was complete lack of respect yes maloney got him the shot but he earned the shot stepping at late notice to beat martin power. I think this might end up on B allegedly with Queensbury promotion looking to sign Hall should he win

It makes sense to put this on the undercard of fury fight. Maybe this is a undercard fight to the fury fight?

how did maloney let Hall down? im confused. Frank is a decent chap who looks after his fighters, in my humble opinion.

does Hall have a hidden agenda here?

Pulled him off the Rose card with only a few days notice with no explanation after Hall had forked out for training expenses and his fans who bought tickets and booked hotel, trains and coaches all lost out also pulled him from another show at short notice

Is this fight going to be televised? Could Eurosport pick it up?

Is Haskins still on Sky's blacklist for being boring?

This is a good fight and I want to watch it.

Watched Lee on Eurosport win the WBA inter belt and he looked good, then on Sky Prize Fighter won that with ease and looked good. I would love to watch this :box:

Doesnt look like its on tv but think it will be well worth the expense of watching it live, long way to go but well worth it when Stuey brings the belt back! Watched Haskins and he looks very good and classy and done brilliant in prizefighter, but Stuey has fought and beat much better fighters.
Makes for an excellent match up
