good for him but bad for campas, i thought he said he would retire at 100 wins
Re: Sherrington vs 'Yori Boy' Campas set for July 28
Yori Boy Campos held the IBF Light Middleweight title from 1997 to 1998. He has held a few alphabet titles since.
Could be tough.

Name opponent who is well past his best. Was considered past it by some way back when The golden boy beat him. Good scalp on his resume if he gets the win.

Yeah, but can't imagine 6ft Sherro @ 72kgs. I wouldn't part with as much as a spit to make weight for frigging WBF beltD J Pawsey wrote:Name opponent who is well past his best. Was considered past it by some way back when The golden boy beat him. Good scalp on his resume if he gets the win.

Six feet and 11 stone six pounds. Don't mix systems.
How tall was Carlos Monzon? Within half an inch of six feet. He never had trouble making middleweight. Hopkins claims to be 6'1" and was middleweight at his ten year peak.

I think he will make the weight. How he performs at the weight remains to be be seen. He was a big super middle weight. Da voice if Les wins this he will be two weight world champ.Da Voice wrote:Yeah, but can't imagine 6ft Sherro @ 72kgs. No, but Argentinians are big meat eaters. Carlos was the best in a golden era of middleweights.Da Voice wrote:Carlos wasn't born & bred in Australia

Will be going to this, Yori Boy is over the hill, still think he might stop Sherington.

Yeah, but shero legitmately thinks he has a World title, as does Eagle, the footy show promotes it as a world title

There's not many soft Mexicans getting around. He's got to be on the downslide at 40 and with something like 120 fights though.Brute wrote:Yori Boy Campos held the IBF Light Middleweight title from 1997 to 1998. He has held a few alphabet titles since.

Yeah, but he's not a bloke who falls over easily. He'll come to win not just to see the sights. Could be a good fight.TrainInsane wrote:There's not many soft Mexicans getting around. I was a bit disappointed in that bloke Lascierva but having seen Dib live, including that night, a couple of times it could be that the Mexican was just outclassed. Still, I thought Jorge didn't quite give it his all. Maybe I am being harsh but having paid my fifty bucks I am allowed an opinion, even as a stinking pommy turd, surely.

If Mumtaz can hurt Sherro you best bet Campas can!!
Re: Sherrington vs 'Yori Boy' Campas set for July 28
Do you think Campos will break Sherrington's leg?
Low blow!
