Fury BEAT Chisora! I dont see what Del could do to reverse the result either. Fury looked better last time out, too, and seems to be in better shape.

As for Chisora's last two fights, yeah he should have got the decision against Helenius, but VK whipped him, with one arm. Either way, my opinion is that Fury should still be above Chisora because he beat him, there is no clearer divide. We'll see what happens in the future.
Vitali didn't whip Chisora. Chisora gave him a good fight.

Chisora won about 4 rounds and gave Vitali his toughest fight in years.

No, probably not.

I don't think you should be using the Vitali loss to put Chisora down though.

I think the loss to Vitali helped his ranking just like his loss to Helenius did. I think Chisora has a good case for being above Fury and it is based on those losses.

I said he has a good case for being above Fury and he does.

Before Fury beat Rogan I had Chisora above Fury.

I think that is up to the individual doing the rankings.

I think it is close between them and either being above the other is reasonable. They should both definitely be above Price though.

That's kind of my point, two losses (but good performances) is sometimes better for your ranking then beating up no body's, it's always going to be hard putting someone higher then someone who beat you but that's boxing, not every loss is avenged and it can't hold you back on the rankings, if fury beat chisora again I will hold my hands up and say I never should of put him above fury and that's that, but since the fight I still believe chisora has improved the most, mixed it at a much higher level and fury has done nothing apart from get in shape get a tan and call out the winner of haye chisora.

Fury has beaten Firtha, Pajkic and Rogan since his win against Chisora. They may not be the best wins in the world, but they are decent.

Unless Haye has detiorated rapidly since the Wlad fight then no way is Haye/Fury a 50:50 fight. Haye would smash him to pieces in 3 rounds.

If the bookies offer anywhere near evens if this fight takes place they would be bowled over.

Just hope it's soon :TU:
Hey Jessi; I agree with most of your post but I really don't mind if Price and Fury box in a year or 2; both have shown good development and skills. I have to disagree with you on Prices' right hand power; he is a very good hitter with great leverage and timing but I have seen quite a few with similar and even more power.
Who ?[/quote]

Is this a trick question Jessi? I'm not the sharpest tool in the box; have you never seen a heavyweight boxer with the same power as Price? Or do you mean domestic heavyweight?

Palooka, it's not a trick question, I was talking current heavyweights in the world, haye doesn't hit as hard, fury couldn't hurt my cat and I know the obvious two are k2 but to be honest, if price landed as many clean shots on Hayes chin as wladimir did it would of been good night, so yes please tell me who you think has more right hand power then David price ?

I wouldn't be surprised if Haye quickly stopped Butler, McDermott, and Sexton if he landed the punches Price did.

It's common for fighters to look devestating at one level, but less so at a higher one; David Lemieux is a recent example.

I do understand your point and from memory he didn't stop to many as an amateur, but mcdermot and sexton have taken big shots in the past and haven't moved, there's something about his right hand since the Dallas fight that has really made me take note of this guy, I know this sounds like a 13 year old talking but if all the heavyweights had to hit the punch machine I would put my money on David price winning the title !

I'd read or understood you wrong Jessi; I thought you'd meant that you'd seen power you'd never seen before.

Price is certainly very good and has good power; got to rememberthe levels he's boxing at though; I realise he boxed at world standard as an amateur with success; on occasion though he'd get caught himself and as the standard of opposition went up he certainly didn't stop them all. Time will tell if he's an out and out destroyer or not.

Fury stopped Peret in 2 rounds, Price went the distance with him. Fury is a solid puncher.

Great example...Lemieux looked devastating especially as he knocked out guys who'd never been knocked out before but as soon as he came up against someone who could take his punches and hit back with power he crumbled which is what i think will happen to Price too.

I'm not that keen on heavyweights to be honest though Wlad and his big brother hit very hard, Seth Mitchell has laid a few out in spectacular fashion and Fury hits hard though not as hard as Price with the right cross or hook. It's not all about power though Jessi; Domenik Guinn looked fanastic a few years ago, really impressive and he's not there anymore.
