Theres lots of rumours and some decent fights being kicked up - groves v anderson etc i think with the BBBofC situation people are holding off committing at the moment so dont be suprised the announcement kepts getting posponed..

Gavin/Heffron has always been mentioned. I can see there being alot of foreign fighters on the undercard. As Buglioni said he cant risk a fight on it incase it means he cant fight for British belt.

I think your right but I think some of the bigger names know that if they still fight the BBBofC wont risk snubbing them - is BJS fighting?

I doubt that fight will happen. It should be put back to purse bids the promotor failed to get the bill on 30 June in time.

It down to the promotor. Mick Hennessy last year when he first won CHisora v Fury purse bids did not have a venue and it went back to purse bids(Board would not allow MArbella) so why is this not happening again.

If the bill goes ahead I don't expect a cram packed undercard - it has sold 30 K + tickets without a mention of a undercard (notewithstanding Povetkin vs Rahman). It don't need an undercard.

The more stacked the undercard, the more that has to be paid out. This fight makes its money on its own so I fully expect a klitschko-esque undercard. Can't really see a whole load of subscribers climbing on board for Gavin v Heffron or Saunders v TBA, so probably not worth the extra cost.

They going to have spend a lot on advertising to get around 300k subcribers they not got sky plugging it constantly.

It wouldnt suprise me but he needs to keep the people who subscribe for this event from cancelling straight after, the best way would be to impress the viewer. It would also be a chance to get increased exposure for fighters like gavin, groves and saunders which will pay off further down the line when he will rely on them for viewing figures possibly as headliners.
