Does my box n a t i o n subscription not continue ?

Post by jessi »

Just went to turn on what I thought I had recorded on box n a t I o n and it's telling me I need to subscribe, I done the 6 months for the price of 5 back when it started, it's obviously come to an end but do I need to go through the process all again ?
And now you can only pay 1 month at a time, I thought a direct debit would just continue unless I cancelled it or missed a payment ? :witzend:

You pay through your card via paypal, I stayed up to watch Mayweather V Cotto, then a message came up saying, I had to subscribe, allegedly was closed over the weekend so I missed the fight, after the weekend I could not speak to anyone about my complaint, No telephone numbers for complaints or enquiries, but noticed that paypal had another credit card number highlighted instead of mine, a number that was not even for my credit card, to this day I don't know what on earth happened there.
