Wow !!!! Could I have a frame like that after 8 weeks by the way Ryan Rhodes looks wicked too if the old guy can do it so can I :)

When i once bumped into munroe at a white collar show in leicester i was shocked by the size of him , i couldnt see how he physically gets down to 8 stone 10 , looked around middleiweight.

i met Munroe at a Khan weigh in..he was on the undercard...I shook his hand and either he's not comfortable with shaking hands firmly or he's not as strong as he looks....I think it was the former though

More like most fighters hands are sore most of the time and fragile at the best of times. Then all the fellas try to be double macho by squeezing your hand as hard as they can.

A lot of boxers have weak handshakes, it's actually a common trait of people from deprived backgrounds. By all accounts it stems from the fact that it is often the case that the importance (if it is important) of first impressions is not impressed upon them by their parents.
v interesting, I know a few who have nearly crushed my hand during an handshake tho lol

Pal I train in a gym frequented by loads of old men 40-55 some of them have the best physques i have ever seen.
