Looks horrible. You wouldn't be able to replicate the movement that you get with bags and pads, i.e. your own body would be largely static while punching. Also, you wouldn't even be able to get the same punch variety. Yes, you can reposition the targets, but they stay in that position until you stop and change them yourself, which hardly replicates real boxing action.
