I think it was the way the fight ended, it looked to be between rival fans from Manchester and Leicester. People jumping barriers and running up the velodrome track to get involved in the brawl in the stand!

Agree that the security was an utter disgrace, re-enforcement seemed to take an age to get on the scene

One day there going to be serious injury at boxing, the security never seems very good at this big events.

When i went to Brook/ Hatton the security there seemed ok, they seemed to be on the scene within seconds of any fights breaking out. Last night was a farce tho

I just looked round & saw loads of people scattering then in the middle by the exits there was some scuffling. As someone said earlier in the thread running up steps to confront someone then getting chinned & bouncing down the steps & ripping your trousers to shreds is not a good idea.
Who was the fat bloke with the shirt open what was has game?

I actually thought the security was slow to start with but there was plenty of them holding the factions apart.

The lad bounced well down those steps.

Security were totally inept. The guy near us must have been about 70 and totally ineffectual, he told loads of people to sit down and every single person ignored him.

Couple of clowns outside tried to start something too but the rain put a dampner on it.
