Geale generally seems well respected outside Australia; he's just not a big name.

He will be a big name if he wins this, i just don't like the idea of Germany again.

can someone please refresh my memory about what time the Germans fights are usually on here!!! Really hoping a pub puts it on but not sure they will if its a 4 am telecast. Doh!!

Seems on other forums much interest in Pirog/Golovkin but less so in Geale/Sturm which is sad. Certainly be a great indicator of how good Geale is. Frustratingly some keep crapping on about feather fists..what do they expect ,everyone to punch like Julian Jackson??? OK a KO may not be highly likely and certainly as Geale ups the competition it will give him some disadvantage but a scoring shot is a scoring shot.

Think I will try watch some of Sturms last outings. How much do others feel Geale has improved since the Mundine fight??

4am start i think.

Geale has come on very well since the mundine fight, i think he has a real show to unify here.

I'll second that.
The Mundine fight confirmed he belongs at world level. Since then he has proven he is a deserving belt holder. As Dan h said he is a real good chance at pulling this off.
