I agree 100% I however have not coached this fine young man. I have followed him through these tournament and appreciate his humble spirit always kind win or lose. I have seen him take some loses he didn't deserve (as if the chips are staked against him with the judges) But it just makes him that much stronger and determined. I watched him and Lubin last yr score was not as one sides as they called it. This will for sure be a fight to watch. But what I seen last yr that stuck out the most to me was the COMRADERY between the 2 fighters and coaches after the fights. Wish there could be more of this every where.

I have had experience coaching against Austin Dulay, and he has a way of figuring out how to beat the guys that beat him.... so although i haven't seen Lubin fight and from what i've heard about him he is a great young boxer. Austin Dulay has a ton of heart and ambition it would not surprise me a bit to see Dulay win at 138

I agree with most of you guys ericson lubin should win it all at 138. karren martin now definetly should win it all at 145 since mark reyes jr will not be
attending jo's. I was hoping to see a re-match between martin and mark! i hope this is a rumor mark reyes is not attending jo's

The draw takes place 6PM local (Alabama) time today and the prelims start midday tomorrow(19 JUNE).

Great fights during the first session today. Erick Lubin looked fantastic. Only 1 fight I thought the judges got wrong. The 154 pounders, Chase Calloway R7 - Daniel Garcia R9. I thought Calloway outpointed Garcia every round. The 8 count in the second was absolutley insane and if that was the difference in the fight that is a shame. I'd like to know what the scores were. Any thoughts?

I agree with u I thought calloway won. like his style he looked impressive. bad deal but i think hes only 15. he will have next year

I had Chase Calloway up by 2 points I think the bout was a close one we cant say he got robbed when the fight is close. chase will come back from this his a strong young man.

we are one step closer for a rematch with kareem martin and mark reyes jr. lastnight bout kareem made it very easy. he looked very good and strong. mark reyes jr had a much tougher opponent and in my eyes he won every round. but i dont know what happen in the 2nd round mark took a knee without being touched. if anyone knows what was that about let me know

mark reyes jr.. to all the non believers I've been saying this kid is special. Yesterday he showed not only his power and speed, but he is a very smart boxer. Ever since I saw him, for the 1st time no one has stood toe to toe with him. Im begining to believe he has the most power on this weight class. In the past major injuries had kept him away from our eyes, but it is exciting to see this boxer in the ring.
