Banned in Norway, Sweden and Iceland. Iceland made amateur boxing legal a couple of years back. Pro boxing might be legal from next summer, allthough with changes in the rules.

Headguards and shorter rounds (but it will be up to local authorities to make the rules, so it could be normail rules in one place and illegal another place)
