My late cousin Frankie sayers from the North East of England Newcastle boxed as a pro from 28th June 1955 to 19th November 1956 one of his greatest moments was when he boxed in the final of the Boxing News 9 stone competition at the King's Hall, Belle Vue, Manchester, Greater Manchester, England on the 2nd September 1955 against George Clay from Nottingham which frankie won by a TKO in the 5th round.

ill try for you man, i have family over there and they follow boxing like a religion, maybe they could find somethign on him, ill call them up tonight, as for me, ill shop around on the internet for you and try to find something. i can call some friends too...cant do much sorry

frankie sayers...they just got back to me..said they couldnt even find a report on any of his fights... i loooked around on the internet, but its to small of a topic for tthe internet to handle... sorry man wish i coulda helped
