I watched the while back and I do feel because of the timekeeping screw up Shane McPhilbin was denied an opportunity to try and finish off Enzo Mac there and then in the first round because Enzo Mac was all over the joint because McPhilbin was landing the bigger shots trying to take him out in the early rounds, he gave it all it but but he did not get the break because of the time keeping screw which gave Enzo Mac time to get himself together again and get back into the fight and from which used his superior championship experience to grind out the points win. Do I feel Enzo Mac should hang them up, he has dished plenty of knockouts but he has also been on the wrong end of an awful such as David Haye at the O2 bill and Alexander Frenkel on the Magnificent 7 bill.

As for McPhilbin, do I feel he deserves a crack at the Lonsdale belt. Yes perhaps he should but I think should have an eliminator to earn it rather than be given a rematch on a platter.

but if there was a screw up then he dont only deserve a stright shot at the title but to get the title back as enzo as failed this test. Am not going to say to much about it but shane as to train hard to make cruiser as half is fights where at heavy and as a amateur boxed at super-heavy. And he would of done the same test as enzo that night.

There was a screw up and the gentleman in question that cause was suspended by the Board after the hearing so I do see the argument, but there is an argument that that if he wants to fight for the Lonsdale he should be made to go through an eliminator against Jon Lewis Dickinson who recently defeated Matty Askin in an eliminator. he fought his heart out against Enzo Mac but it was just one of them things that some occurs in boxing that puts the sport in the spotlight for the wrong reasons, but I am looking forward to seeing Shane back in the ring as he is an entertainer who gives it his all.
