Ali Adams Fails Drugs Test

Post by smoggy7188 »

Tested positive after the Audley fight. Apparently he had a neck injury and the substance might have gone in that way.

After watching Larry vs Big John, Ali vs Audley (of all people!) and Enzo getting regulary chinned maybe the boxers should stay off the ped's!

I could believe it because the guy is built, but im strongly in the camp of waiting to see what investigations find, there are so many ways to take something banned these days, if its some minor thing found in neurofen or something its a non issue. If its some type of battle juice like testosterone then it should result in a lengthy ban imo.

If a fighter is caught with something illegal in his system, it should be a straight two year ban.

EPO or something that's in Lemsip.

It's easy enough to check what's in everything. No more excuses.

People on this forum, who don't believe how common drug abuse is in boxing in the uk, will be altered in their opinion with every positive test.

To my eye, he looks a bit ummmm "steroidy"

it makes me sick to be honest! Puts me off boxing. I want to watch two guys fight and the one that wins has done it ive through being more talented or has used his toughness to get the win. Not taking illegal substances.
