If that's the case, things would surely be fairly straight forward legally - Hatton's either tied to Warren or he's not.
Question is tho, if it is, why the fornicate has he waited all this time to produce it Did he actually lose it in his washing basket?
Might of been advised not to show it yet or maybe it was premature to as they needed to make sure it was proper proof?
In the first part of the letter, it says Hatton would 700,000 for future world title defences and if he fights Mayweather, Gatti or Cottothe purse would be agreed in good faith but will be a minumum 1 mill accorinding to the letter.

What?? How can Warren prove what was in the letter? Could have been anything in there - christmas card, fight tickets, love letter. I don't doubt Warren is telling the truth but in the eyes of the law there could have been anything in that envelope.
Read my post he admits he read the fornicating letter. His lawyer said on five live that he read it too. His lawyer said it was a 'red herring' looks like Smoked Salmon to Warren for me! There is no question of what was in the letter so why all the doubters?

Irrelevant. Warren can say anything was in there even a 5000 fight agreement. The fact they threw it in the bin doesn't look good for them. If they said we read the garbage and it was a xmas cracker and then threw it in the bin... then this would be another matter entirely. It just makes Ray hatton's camp look guilty.
Silkov, out of all the plonkers on here you seem to know your onions!
Ray Hattons action was very unproffessional and underlines the fact that he isn't a proffessional boxing manager.

On the contrary boxingtwat.
FW said exactly what was expected. Do you seriously think Hatton's team & lawyers didn't know what he was gonna produce?
G-Man, if you had an ounce of inteligence you wouldn't be a Hatton hanger-on. I bet you don't even get paid so why do you listen to them? Of course I think that the Hattons knew what was coming they have all the contracts in their possion according to the lawyer on the radio last night. Bottom line everything the rug-trader has said has been a fornicating lie. His OWN Lawyer has confirmed as much. So when you remove your tonge from the Rug-traders arsehole you may wake up and smell the roses.
Still at least when it all goes pear-shaped your wages won't change....you'll still get fornicate all but a free tee-shirt.

Wouldn't break out the champagne just yet, could well be smoked boots for Warren rather than salmon - here's hoping anyway.
The man loves to throw his weight around, threatening people and websites with legal action at the drop of a hat.
Always good to see a promoter who's ripped off the public with fake world title fights all these years get shafted for a change
Better get back on the phone to the new star in your stable, Danny Williams.
Lets hope not.
IMO FW domination in recent was not good for british boxing. He has no interest in proper titles.Fed us crap for years on sky. Thankfully he gone we back to seeing good fights.

I heartily agree, but Ricky hasn't left FW to get bigger fights as the proposed Maussa fight shows. Ironically Ricky has left Warren just when it seemed that Warren was letting him off the leash and getting him the big fights...
I agree Maussa not the best but he brings another title into the mix.
Having 2 proper world tiles will lead to a big match up with either Cotto or Mayweather next year.
If Mayweather moves up perhaps Witter will be wbc Then a fight in city of Manchester stadium 50,000 sell out.
I read an interview earlier with Ray Hatton and they are planning on fighting in the US next year once this Maussa fight is out of the way. There were no American TV dates the rest of this year the earliest they were offered over there was January 2006. I am assuming they are talking with HBO in that case. So they're taking the Maussa fight over here in the meantime to keep Hatton active. No shame in that!
