I would guess it would be quite soon, its not a criminal prosecution so there shouldn't be a delay. Plus Hatton is supposed to be fighting in November, Mr Warren will no doubt look to put a blocker on that one.
Its a shame its come to this, but i'm wondering who Hatton had in his corner when he was dealing with Mr Warren, I know Rickys dad has been doing alot for him, but how much legal knowledge does he have.
Hatton has a legal team on the case, I forget the name of his lawyer but he has mentioned it a few times in recent articles. You really think he would have his dad dealing with the legal stuff?

No i didn't , but with boxers you never know, i remember some of the fighters that had dealings with Don King saying that they signed BLANK contracts!! sometimes boxers arn't the best at legal things
