Who was the heaviest Heaviweight Boxing Champion of the world?

I believe that would be Primo Carnera at 260 1/2 pounds.

He weighed 270 for his Mar 1, 34 defense against Tommy Loughran.

Right on dmille, he also outweighed him by 86 pounds, had 7 inches in height and 10 inches in reach on Loughran.
