Just a quick post to say that ITV have announced their planned schedule for their new ITV4, launching November the 1st. They confirmed that live boxing will be part of their sporting schedule.
Lets hope that it is ITV1 for FW's "stars", ITV2 for FW's up and comers and ITV4 for other promoters. However, I suspect that ITV4 will replace ITV2 boxing or maybe will include the undercard of ITV1 shows.

Re: ITV
Yes I also have the feeling that the ITV4 boxing may just be a replacement for whats currently on ITV2 but it would be great if they continued the way you have mentioned above and do show some other fights on 4. If that is the case then the new channel will have a lot of timeslots to fill and some boxing from other promoters in this country or maybe even from Europe or the rest of the world would be fantastic.stujones wrote:Just a quick post to say that ITV have announced their planned schedule for their new ITV4, launching November the 1st. They should be allowed.stujones wrote:I just hope ITV are allowed to work with other promoters aswell, it still hasn't been made clear what this "exclusive" rights mean. The way I have read the press releases it is that FW fights will exclusively be on ITV and not that ITV can work with FW exclusively, but I could be wrong.
I'd like them to get Witter and Froch's next fights on them they were ok.
