Right, here goes nothing.
I'm currently slogging my way through my MA dissertation, which will be out of my life in about 3 weeks time.
The workload of this means I've pretty much ignored training for about a year, but once this bit of work is in and done I want to get back into shape, and try to maintain it. Again.
So the question I am asking is... who would be up for agreeing on an exercise, say for example running 3 miles, and then committing to, at least once a week, posting the times up, so we can aim at the times of the faster ones, try to beat the times of those nearer to us, and laugh at me.
Or am I pissing up the wrong tree?
Idea: A forum exercise 'competition'

Might be a plan for those who don't like running, but would they just have to measure and post how high up or take photos of the tree?@matt___s wrote:Right, here goes nothing.
