The general consensus is telling everyone on a forum how much your betting and what on is a recipe for success.

Miranda is operating at world level, and his record suggests he hits harder than Ovil McKenzie.

But Edison can definitely be outfoxed and comparing both of their last respective appearances, I'd think Miranda is there for the taking as long as Bellew doesn't let him off the hook if he lands something. Whilst Edison remains in the bout he will pose a puncher's threat.

Bellews jab and range will be the key. I think we might see the best of Bellew.

I think Bellew has really improved over the last couple of years. He was a guy who was totally in love with his power and had no plan B. The Ajisaf and Mackenzie first fight seem to have been real turning points. Since then he's relied far more on boxing ability and produced some quality performances. Miranda can be outboxed and I expect Bomber to do the same. Miranada can punch, so as long as Bomber doesn't get careless I see a late stoppage win.

you'll be able to see what sort of league bellew is actually in because its still uncertain wat sort of company cleverley belongs in miranda has been in with the best so we should be able to gauge where bellew is, he should win mid to late stoppage if he boxes carefully and not reckless like against adjisaf and mckenzie 1 if he loses cant see where he goes it would be a big rebuilding mission sort of like mccloskey.

Tony wins this all day if he boxes intelligently.

The red mist may see him come unstuck though.

However, I reckon post McKenzie, Bellew has become a better, more rounded, intelligent fighter and will take this widely on points.

Decent fight

Tony boxes to instructions and wins a by U.D.

The piece on him on Ringside was good, this weeks programme is repeated in 20 mins on SS2 if anyone missed it and wants to see it.

Put it on the points win for Bellew. Sky will give Miranda the big hype job and they'll will show all of his spectacular ko's, but these all happened at Middleweight. He's done nothing at note at world level for 5 years and in that time has proven he's shopworn and that his punch resistance has gone. Bute even blew him out in 3 at Super Middle.
Saying that I don't think Bellew has the punch to trouble Miranda and I see him boxing his way to a wide decision.

Don't bet big money on anything based on a handful of opinions on an internet forum, would be my advice.

In fact, if you're ever thinking of betting on anything where you reckon a load of posters on an internet forum will know better than you, don't bet.

If Miranda hits Bellew on the chin imo he gets him out of there, @ 6/1 I'll have a small play on it.

good fight, between 2 guys who can punch hard enough to take alot of guys out. miranda has fought at the higher level but its mainly been in defeat. personally i think hes a bit 1 dimensional compared to bellew who i think boxes well enough to get the job done here!

i know people jump on the ajisafe and mckenzie fights and say how bellews been put down a bit, but i dont recall thinking that he was too badly hurt at the time, that 2nd knock down in the mckenzie fight looked heavy but bellew got up straight away and looked okay, i need to watch it again but i really dont think he has a chin problem or anything like that. i think bomber gets it done in less than 8 :box: but its an interesting fight and i may be wrong

Bellew wins gives Miranda a boxing lesson and beats him up. Mid to late stoppage!!! For me bellew is the most improved boxer of the last few years he has showed his dedication and deserves a shot at higher level he's one who can say he really earned the chance to be where he is. Miranda is a tough opponent for the best in the business and could well prove me wrong but I feel bellew has what it takes to carry him to the top of the game. Good luck bomber!!!

I think belles has shown he can be calculated and box to a plan.i think he can win clearly which is all way's going to be a risky fight.he would be stupid to plant his feet early and show who's boss because Miranda is wild & once has his foot in the door can cause damage.i predict bellew stoppage 9th

This all depends on which Miranda turns up. If a highly motivated one appears Bomber's in for a fight. If a sorry-arsed Miranda turns up, Bomber beats him up behind the jab.

What ever happens fair play to Bellew for taking the fight, he's got real ambition and makes the most of his talent, reminds me of Carl Froch in his attitude. This'll be a really good fight.

It really says it all about the state of British boxing at the moment that we have people praising Bellew's team for accepting this fight. He loses a tight decision against one of the decisions best in Cleverly and they match him up with Miranda who is barely in the top 20 in this division and has done NOTHING of any note since moving up from Middleweight 5 years ago. Its an easy sell out at the Alexandra but I wish Matchroom would have been matched him up with a proven fully fledged Light Heavy, its easy to forget that Tony turns 30 in November

I have got Bomber down to win this if he gets his tactics right and uses his height and reach and superior boxing ability to keep the big hitting Edision Miranda on the outside and tie him up effective on the inside. Because if he does not he has going to have a very rough night against a guy who we all know can crack to quote Andre Ward and we have seen him dropped against Ovil McKenzie, but Bomber showed his heart got up and stopped McKenzie in their first fight, but that was a against a domestic level opponent. In Miranda he is facing a guy who has got sledgehammers in either hand.

Why can almost no one else see this! Miranda means squat at 175! He does not have sledgehammers in his hands or any other tool we care to mention! He might have hit hard at middle but he is as raw as it gets and is now fighting over a stone north of his best weight! Do people just want this to be a top level fight or do they really believe it! IS EVERYONE MENTAL!!!!!!!!!!! :o
