One of the best is to simply take in any carb supplement or fruits within 30 min of finishing your workout.

I always thought a recovery drink should be loaded with protein more than anything else.
They reckon 2:1 carbs:protein is the best ratio :TU:

No worries....

Most recovery products i've had over the years have all been around 50g Carbs: 25g protein, per serving. Try to get products with a fvcktonne of BCAA's too. I'm using Ginetica Peri-Matrix at the moment - best i've ever used by far. Don't know if it is available in America, but if so, give it a whirl :TU:
