this list is getting harder to figure out imo. which is a good thing.

I wouldn't drop Dib to low, IMO he'd still outclass Tomlinson if they ever fought

I'd probably have Bika over green at this point as well.

I'm not to sure, green at least is considered at the top level at cuiser or at least seems to be by most of the media and bika seems to just abe a perenial gatekeeper.
