Yes, the arena will help and, as you say, there are some brilliant young amateurs coming through. Jack Bateson is already number five in the world and looks like a tip for gold in Rio. Carl Johannesson beating up Ricky Burns at Leeds Town Hall live on SKY was probably the last biggish night. Did you box pro at the Irish centre? I used to go to most shows there watching Jamie Warters.

Don't forget Jack Daniel, Junior ABA champion 2011 - a few years off going pro right now, but a lovely fluid boxer with great combinations and reflexive defense. I absolutely loved watching him spar in my old gym (Tigers in Meanwood).
