I short, my diet has been getting better and better over the last year, to the extent that (with the exception of the odd cheat day) I eat very clean nearly all the time.
I now feel ready to go the whole hog, and give paleo a whirl. I hadn't previously, as I thought it would have been too big a jump from my previous lifestyle, and such a shock to the system, i'd probably fail epically. I've got some mates who do it, and they all say once you get into it, and into the habit of buying the right things/getting organised, it's great.
Anyway... as of today, I've started. Its best to see for yourself and see if it works for you I guess, so I'm going to give it 28days - with the exception of a cheat meal each week - i'm not a savage
So, tips, recipes, criticism, help all appreciated, gents. I'll keep you updatd with my progress...
