Honestly, Charr's post-fight interview was the best I've ever seen. I've never laughed that much.

Hopefully he won't retire on this bs W. A David Haye fight makes all the sense in the world for him to retire on if he doesn't wanna stick around much longer & I'm the guy who's nearly opposed to 40 something guys fighting in general.

I would have described the action (or what there was of it) but I didn't know if the americans on the board were waiting for delayed footage. Didn't want to spoil people's "fun".
How did Vitali look?
He looked really good. Might be due to the competition, but he looked good.
Good footwork moving from side to side throwing a lot of punches to both body and head.

If you care about Bellew/Miranda spoiler then don't read:

Miranda quit in the 9th. Garbage performance. Stop shit talking for pre fights if you've got no balls in the ring.

I read a piece on FightNews where Motormouth Miranda was up to his usual shit. I'm not surprised, given how many times this has happened.

Yah, it must have been your case I was thinking of. Ah well, FWIW Vitali looked decent in the first three rounds but pretty much had it all his own way (Charr mostly circling on the outside and getting picked off). My stream collapsed in the fourth.

Oh, Haye gave an interview on German television. He wants to fight Vitali, says the cut was not that bad and that Vitali's performance was bad...

Hey, Haye, your performance against Wlad was horrible.
Why the heck would anyone want to see Haye-Vitali when Haye fought like garbage against the chinnier Klitschko?

Because he knocked out Dereck Chisora, which made him automatically the #3 HW(maybe even 2) in the world on this board.

Don't ask me how that works, I don't know either.

As boxing fans we should know better by now to get caught up in the pre fight sh!t talking. I take it all with a grain of salt these days as I know its largely a meaningless activity to get more people watching the fight more then anything they actually believe honestly, but some guys who sh!t talk well are funny as hell imho & I don't really care if their prefight talk matches up with their fight strat.

Fight will happen, in German television 10 to 15 million would watch the fight. Huge payday for Klitschko.

Charr's Team is about to set a protest because the referee guided Charr in the wrong corner before the stoppage. Charr's cutman said on television that the cut wasn't that bad.

Bobby:
Vitali dominated Chisora. Chisora also lost to Fury; how about Haye v. Fury to determine the best heavyweight in Britain?

I have no doubt people would watch Klitschko-Haye. Hell, people watched Klitschko-Charr.
My question was why the heck would anyone want to after Haye lost to the weak-chinned Klitschko in a horrid performance?
And Charr's protest won't go anywhere. No way a rematch is ordered; he was getting dominated anyway.

Miranda's hype talk isn't funny and if you promise big things and don't deliver, that hurts the sport to a degree. If you hype the fight and quit, well, I can't think of a worse outcome really. Hype without substance is for short term business and it blows.

Vitali struggled with Chisora and Haye knocked him out and won every round before that. Haye went the distance with Wlad and actually punched him in the face a few times. Wlad KO's evertybody else. Most sensible people would pick Haye over most of the other top ten heavyweights, or at least concede he has a very good chance of beating them.

The Klitschko's opponents are awful. Haye is MUCH better than Charr and... Who is Wlad fighting again next? I forgot.

Do you think Povetkin beats Haye? Adamek? Arreola? Fury? Haye probably beats all of them. He can't beat Wladamir, we've seen that. Now let's see him in with Vitali. Haye is the only credible opponent left. Heavyweight is f*cking sh*t, haven't you noticed? At least Haye has a pulse.

Haye Vitali is THE most interesting fight out there at heavyweight that can happen.

If Vitali "struggled" with Chisora, I'd like to see a close fight. Vitali comprehensively won.
Haye has no interest as an opponent for Vitali from me. He couldn't beat China-chinned Wlad, and the only chance he had there was a puncher's chance.
So now he'll beat Vitali, who has a better chin?
Let Haye fight Fury, who beat Chisora before Haye did.
