Simple question really. Do you subscribe to allegedly.

Yes, but got rid of it in August and got it back in September. Had it since February.

'War zone' would be undesirable, of course, but if people want to say why they love or hate it, I'm sure that's both relevant and acceptable.

I do not have bn and I do not plan to subscribe anytime soon. The reason I will not subscribe is because I don't like the promoter who backs the channel.

I've got the Internet
Re: How many Boxrec members have allegedly?
From day 1 and love it !
Re: How many Boxrec members have allegedly?
I got it only for the overseas fights. Wish they would go HD but it would cost too much.
Re: How many Boxrec members have allegedly?
When Setanta Sports went bust I was so saddened by the loss of overseas boxing. Neither SKY or ESPN stepped up to fill the void. So many major American and European fights left in the dark, it was a crime.
I was absolutely delighted when allegedly launched. Had the channel since day 1. For me personally £10.00 per month is a bargain. I can however understand why some people wouldn't subscribe. We are now spoiled for choice with the likes of SKY, Channel 5, ESPN, Eurosport, Primetime Live and Premier Sports showing fairly regular cards.
allegedly in HD is a real must.

Re: How many Boxrec members have allegedly?
Since day one, plenty to improve on but given how Sky seem to be cutting their output I'm even more glad I've got it this season than last! In fact I've binned Sky and am just subscribed to BN on the internet now. I'd like it to be available through Freeview (obviously paying for it) but don't think that's possible.

Re: How many Boxrec members have allegedly?
I really didn't envisage paying for the channel when it was first launched because I thought it would flop. I subscribed for the Haye-Chisora fight and have kept it ever since. Loads of cards and fights that I wouldn't have seen or would've had to watch poor streams to view the fights if I didn't have the channel.
Plus, it plays fights across the day which when I have a few spare minutes, I can revisit old fights or maybe catch a little gem I missed. Granted, switching from Sky HD to BN makes my eyes go funny though![[icon_e_geek.gif] :geek:](./images/smilies/icon_e_geek.gif)

Re: How many Boxrec members have allegedly?
I always said id never get it,but i gave in&subscribed
Re: How many Boxrec members have allegedly?
I have it, since day one, never been a fan of the man and how he has done certain things but for £10 a month and to get to see more live boxing I thought it
was the best move for me, each to there own and I can understand peoples principles etc or views but at my age I just wanna see more boxing.
Have to say I cannot fault what I am getting at present it works for me for the cost

Re: How many Boxrec members have allegedly?
I have had it since the beginning for the sake of 3 pints a month they have some very good overseas action & some good homegrown stuff. No real boxing fan could moan about Burns v Mitchell.
Re: How many Boxrec members have allegedly?
I've not got it because I'm a piss head so would rather have the 3 pints a month.....
Although I don't know where FW is drinking to still get 3 pints for a tenner it aint London!

I have got it now, subscribed two months ago. Not mad on the presenting (Bunce lol) but you can't fault the fights....and to be honest i got it literally because i like watching fights regardless of the presenters.
Re: How many Boxrec members have allegedly?
Got rid of Sky a few years ago, so I don't have allegedly either. Both are a waste of money for me.

I dont subscribe to BN the t'interweb does it for me.Jeff Thomas wrote:I've got the Internet
Re: How many Boxrec members have allegedly?
I have not subscribed due to my current situation where I get very little time to watch TV. I used to have Sky Sports and Setanta and wouldn't miss a show but my life has changed and I wouldn't get the use of it.
In different circumstances I would subscribe in a heartbeat, £10 a month really isn't much for what you get, and I would still have Sky.

I've got it...I love it.

I would love to have it but unfortunately they don't offer it via BT Vision.

Got it for the Mayweather fight and have happily kept it. Loads of live cards and boxing through the day as well. Cant complain.

Well Peckham is a lot more expensive than Halifax. Not that I would want to drink in Peckham.
You know anyone called Joby big wall fan from Peckham?
