I'd go with Jennings on a close but comfortable decision.

As mentioned, Pryce does blow hot and cold, but a match between him and Jennings would interest me.

Does anyone know what Magees invlovement in the leg breaking incident was? Ie why he got attacked?

Alex you can't assume someones a thug because they are attacked, he could of been on an anti-drugs crusade for all you know.

It was apparently something to do with an argument between Magee's kids & this other guys kids, Magee went round to the guys house to sort it out and I guess it went tits up from there, a bit of a punch up then the guy followed Magee in his car with a couple of other fellas, was tooled up and basically beat Magee's legs to a pulp, they said if they managed to get Magee out of the car then it would have been much worse. I'm not 100% sure but that was the story I heard.

Thanks Barry, sounds like the sort of row I'd probably end up in myself, if I had a kid that I thought was been picked on I'd explode.

magee incident showed the plight of the man who is too hard for his own good.....
Had Magee been a pussy then the guy would have slapped him and it would have been over there and then....

But because the guy knew he couldnt handle Eammon with fists alone he had to go and get tooled up.....and Magee suffered quite badly... same is true of Scott Dixon.... Stanley Ketchel.... etc etc....

Because people know that they cannot match them with their fists they have to look elsewhere for the equalizer!!!!

if its a streetfight im afraid then there are no rules mate best to keep out of it if possible.

I dunno if i would pre meditate hitting someone with something as these geezers did to Magee, but I sure would if i was threatened on my doorstep.

No question.

I think the incident just goes to show that Belfast, and Northern Ireland in general, is no ordinary place.

Ive previously heard that along with being knifed in a street fight, Eamonn has also felt the wrath of the IRA in the form of a knee-capping - albeit many years ago.
