Who you think would do well in pro boxing?

I think Flintoff is going to surprise people.

1. If you love boxing, you won't disrespect it.
2. If you know boxing, you will be under no illusions of what to expect in the ring.
3. Flintoff has a solid frame, a great starting point to build up core strength.
4. Flintoff understands the mechanics of footwork and positioning, the skill of getting in to a
position to take a shot, place a shot, anticipate movement and to defend on the back foot.
5. Flintoff understands that if you push through, you hit harder, from the foot, up the leg, through the hips etc...
6. Flintoff can bowl at 90mph, the extension of his arm is natural and strong.
7. Flintoff has good reactions in terms of head and upper body movement. You need that when getting bowled at, at 90-100mph with unpredictable bounce.
8. Flintoff was a good all-rounder, he'll know to balance his training.

Utter bullshit.
Freddie WAS a good cricketer.
However you seem to totally disregard the fact he retired from cricket due to INJURIES SUSTAINED.
Now if you can't run 50 yds to the crease and bowl, care to explain how suddenly he'll be able to (quote) use his knowledge of footwork, defend on the back foot etc etc.
Unless of course he's made a miaculous recovery and the knee braces were all pretend.
Ask Johnny Nelson how injuries of this nature affect boxers.

To be fair , the OP stated he thought Flintoff would surprise people , if we all suddenly started agreeing with him then wouldnt be much of a surprise ,
