Round 12 - Palacios started off well but gets tagged late and knocked around. This fight was all about Diablo's power and Wizard's lack of it. Diablo round but could go the other way.

Close fight but I think Diablo earns it from landing all of the power punches and making Palacios miss a lot.

I didn't catch the scores but Diablo retaining the belt is a good result. The Wizard didn't land enough and got hit with a lot of power shots.

I felt Palacios should've won as he was putting on a clinic in the first half of the fight. They basically traded rounds in the second half. The rounds I gave Wlod (aside from the round where he rocked Palacios), I felt like I was being too generous. The rounds I gave Palacios, I felt he earned them. Wlod was too inactive and that's what caused him in my card. In a neutral territory, Puerto Rico would have a new world champ. It was a close but clear win for Palacios IMO.

Disagree. Palacios was only barely outlanding Diablo early on. Once Diablo began to counter, his power took over the fight. I think I had him sweeping the last half of the fight with his power. Palacios should've won the first fight, but not this one.

Palacios was doing okay until he faded in the later rounds.
