Re: Laser eye surgery
Not here in the UK as an amateur you can't.....
History of retinal detachment, glaucoma, cataract or corneal or intra-ocular
surgery (and this includes all laser surgery) is a bar to boxing (previous squint
surgery that has given a good result is allowed)
.......although many do.........![[icon_neutral.gif]](./images/smilies/icon_neutral.gif)

Re: Laser eye surgery
I can't understand how corneal surgeries would be a problem after one has recovered from the surgery.
Lamon Brewster had suffered from retinal detachment which had been fixed. He kept fighting after that and in his last fight against Helenius his eye got injured with the same problem.

Couldn't a person just say no when they ask If you have had any eye surgery?

Yes and they do but are technically uninsured as the policy assumes adherence to the rulebookscallum wrote:Tarquin Tarpaulin IV wrote:Not here in the UK as an amateur you can't.....
