Yep, if I was back I would have gone love the ABA :bag: All three fights are good and should be competitive.
Two Heavys who can punch, two unbeaten novices and an N.Z title fight (although I must admit I haven't seen Taihia fight).
I see it sold well as well, hope your lads have better results than your last show, Williams excluded.

Thanks Yid, and yea we want to promote good matchups I think you;d have found the last show the fights whilst not all the results we wanted were even matchuos. Gunnars fight needed to be minimum 6 rounds so we let him down there. But good learning experience. Having said that as a paying punter your getting 3 well match fights. Quality over quantity. Same again this Saturday I feel the 3 matchings are good ones!! Fingers crossed for the right results though :TU: :box:

Hopefully he will be all going well Sat night, we are not underestimating Maheno I think it will be a good little battle but so long as Taylor feels good the next day we'll back up the following weekend against a very good little Tahiti boxer. End of the day its hard to get fights in NZ at his weight so gotta take whats on offer really.

Thought Jackson probably deserved that, I had him a couple of rounds up working behind his jab, nice fight to watch. Taylor was the complete opposite to his last fight started like a train but faded, won easily enough though, great bodyshot in the 2nd. And it was incredible how Garmonsway lasted the distance, great effort - Williams looked strong all the way through. Goes without saying I didn't watch the corporate part but great pro fights Craig and the stream didn't stutter once :TU:

Big night last night full house and some good fights!!!

I agree Yid, I had Jackson winning by 2 rounds but end of the cant argue the result it was a close one and both guys deserve credit for comming in top shape and putting on a Great 10 round National Title fight!!

A big effort by Garmonsway who was dropped or took a knee 4 times last night his heart and toughness was never questioned going into the bout and were clearly demonstrated last night. Williams was in great shape he'd trained hard, carried his power throughout the 6 rounds but was guilty of looking for the finishing shot to often instead of getting behind his jab and setting up his shots. But for a relative novice with only 7 professional bouts hes learning and was always in control.

Taylor was a little off, couldnt really get going as Maheno proved a akward southpaw who made life difficult. However he got the job done and thats what counts.

December 21st we are back on again!!

Agree Bute a clear winner is always favourable! However as it was a very good fight the Draw was fair.
