Only three....sheesh thats tough!
Erm, I'm going to try and avoid the obvious ones that have already been stated (although I would love to see all of them!) and go for:
David Haye-vs-David Price
Kell Brook-vs-Frankie Gavin
Jamie McDonnell-vs-Lee Haskins
As an aside, if the relevant persuasion to up weights could be applied, the following would be worth the ticket money:

Kevin Mitchell-vs-Gary Buckland
