Decent test and I feel quite smug having suggested Johnson as a possible opponent, along with a couple others, when Boytsov pulled out.

This is an interesting one, Johnson was so lazy and lethargic in Prizefighter, if he repeats those performances he could turn this into a stinker.

I don't think we'll see a stoppage, a fairly comfortable points win for Tyson I reckon.

No mention of it yet so im assuming not , but id have thought hennesy would be keen to keep exposing him to channel 5s audience .

I've not heard anything of him being injured.

When it was being said that DeGale was fighting on 8th December, I assumed they were just waiting to decide which undercard he was fighting on. As DeGale is now fighting in January, you would think that Eubank Jr. would fight on both undercards.

Maybe something will be announced soon. I mean, with these prospect type fighters they only announce who they are fighting a week beforehand anyway, so maybe there's just nothing official yet.

I suspect that Kevin Johnson will burst the Fury bubble once and for all. He is good at exploiting the obvious flaws in flawed fighters, and no doubt will slot plenty of right handers through Fury's weak defence. He'll get stopped! I imagine after this fight he'll get fat and have something of a Kevin McBride type career.

I think this is a good fight for Fury at this stage of his career. He needs to beat the likes of Johnson before sticking him in against a Klit. Also the result is by no means a certainty.

I wouldnt say a boxing press release on a boxing message forum was an unsolicited bulk message. If they sent them indiscriminently to your e-mail inboxes then they would be spam.

Tricky match for Fury and a sizeable step up in opposition. Johnson can handle himself well in good class so Fury needs to be at his best.

At Fury's age this isn't make or break. Even if does come up short, there will be plenty of options open to him, but i think his ambition and desire should be enough to get past Johnson.

Johnson has a tight defence, has never been stopped and hasn't been hit anywhere near as many times as Audley. Stop talking bollocks mate, it's beneath you.
