Witter would be WBO champ if he took up the Cotto fight
Cotto-Hatton gets more interesting by the fight, i thought Cotto's clever punch picking and calm back foot Boxing would carve Hatton up but look at Cotto's recent fights, Corley and Torres in particular and it begs the question what if Cotto was facing Hatton's own brand of intense aggression. Hatton's body punches wearing down a weight tight Cotto is a very real scenario in my eyes. Cotto just isn't the invincible "second coming" we were lead to believe and shock horror! He has weaknesses too that have been exploited by people like Torres (come on nobody had heard of him).

and what about that left hook in rd 10.nickd wrote:Never? He has a punchers chance with either particularly Cotto. That uppercut that scored the first knockdown would probably have clean KO'd Cotto if last weekend was anything to go by.tonyevs wrote:I re-watched Witter against the best win on his record..Lovemore N`Dou.
It was on Channel 5 last night.
Witter would never ever beat Cotto..nor Ricky Hatton
cotto would have been looking up at the ring lights after that one.
cotto has been badly exposed i think.
all we need now is for mayweather to get locked up and the coast is clear for hatton.
