The guy Joe Ward is an absolute monster, it wouldn't surprise me, Ward has a very big future in boxing. He dropped Kenny Egan in the Irish championships a year or so ago.

3 words come to mind, couldn't, tip & wheelbarrow.

I'll be putting my selection up later this week. I think you're better off hanging on for that.

Storm in a tea cup, if memory serves 1souhpaw came on saying he put Colin Kenna down in sparring with a body shot. Billy phoned their trainer jack bishop who said Colin had never been dropped in sparring far less from a body shot. We all gave 1 southpaw shit and he declared what goes on I sparring should stay in sparring.

Think that's how it went but may have condensed a few threads into one..

Not seen the Goods in the flesh for a good few year up until a boxing show I helped organise in Hartlepool on Sunday when he was in the ring offering allcomers a shot at the title. Now Hartlepools a pretty hard town but there wasn't a man in the hall silly enough to take on the might of El Grandos he's some man for one man in fact I'd go as far as to say the mans a living legend in the north east[/quote]

And what a show it was billy I thought there was more fight outside the old hall than in the ring I seen the goods right in the thick of it I couldn't get a taxi so we all ran for the bus as there was some beatin gettin givin out side of that venue shame mind As it was for charity
