Trout takes the 11th. Cotto is going to need a KO to win this fight:

Round eleven: Trout keeping Cotto at bay with his jab. Lead left. Good left hook from Cotto. Big body shot from Cotto. One-two from Trout. Body shot Cotto. Trout right uppercut connects. Good Trout uppercut. Cotto lands to the body and ladnds a left hook. Another good Cotto left hook. Trout is the aggressor but they're breaking even. Trout left straight. Left straight Trout, left hook Cotto. Trout firing away against the ropes. Cotto thumps the body. Great fight, Trout's round. Very close fight. Trout fans should be getting nervous. Miguel Cotto has less chance of loosing a decision at the Garden than Lucian Bute does in Montreal...nuff said.

I really wanted to see Cotto/Alvarez but after this I'd like to see Trout against either Alvarez or PBF.

But we won't fight out exactly how genuine the high risk was until we see how the three judges have scored this...

It's not as dangerous as taking the Williams fight. Assuming he beats Cotto he brings something to the table. The reward is there.

Who wants to see Andre Ward - Austin Trout at middleweight? What a badass fight that would be... of course never happening... Hope Trout will whip Canelo's a** next year... :box:

awesome fight, Trout the winner for me, but size was certainly a factor, i think Cotto is the more skilled fighter. Boxed well in the mid rounds but looked gassed by the end on was being chased round the ring by Trout.

Bernard Hopkins has been Trout's cheerleader on allegedly tonight. The commentary was very biased.

Close fight, draw or a close decision for either fighter.

I think Bernard was fair, prob giving Cotto too much credit at times.
